• On payment of the ticket price, the customer will receive a voucher which can be exchanged at any of the ticket offices of the City of the Arts and Sciences in Valencia. Where the combined entry ticket includes admission to Hemisfèric IMAX, choice of screening time is subject to availability.
• The customer shall be responsible for booking their entry time to Hemisfèric IMAX. Neither CAC Ltd nor VGP Ltd shall be liable for any event occurring as a result of non-availability of entry tickets for Hemisfèric IMAX.
• Tours of Hoya de Cadenas Vineyard shall be arranged with the customer according to availability.
• Cancellations and/or changes shall only be permitted up to a maximum of two calendar days before the date of the session booked and up to one week beforehand in the case of groups of over 20 individuals.
