Terms and Conditions
- Booking and payment. Places are subject to availability and will be confirmed once the booking process has been completed and, where applicable, the corresponding payment has been made.
- Punctuality. Visitors are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in the loss of the right to participate in the activity if the delay prevents it from proceeding as planned, without entitlement to a refund.
- Changes and cancellations by the customer. Cancellations notified more than 72 hours in advance will entitle the customer to reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice or failure to attend may result in the forfeiture of the amount paid.
- Changes by the winery. The winery may modify routes, schedules, capacity limits or the content of the experience for organizational, weather-related, safety, operational or force majeure reasons. If the activity cannot take place, an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid will be offered.
- Minors. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
- Safety rules. Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times. Accessing restricted areas, operating machinery or engaging in any behavior that may endanger people, facilities or products is strictly prohibited. Bringing outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or dangerous objects onto the premises is not permitted. Professional filming or the commercial use of images is not allowed without prior authorization. Instructions from the guide and staff must be followed at all times. On the tourist train, standing up or opening the doors while the train is moving is strictly prohibited.
- Right of admission. The winery reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who disrupts the activity, behaves aggressively or disrespectfully, fails to comply with safety regulations, or is under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may compromise safety. This right shall under no circumstances be exercised arbitrarily or in a discriminatory manner. A valid identification document may be requested when necessary. Counterfeit, altered, duplicated or previously used tickets will not be accepted.
- Liability. Visitors shall be held responsible for any damage caused by intentional misconduct or negligence.
- Data protection. The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and exclusively for the management of bookings and the provision of the contracted services.
- Complaints. Official Complaint Forms are available to visitors upon request.
- Accessibility. The visit is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Some sections of the route pass through natural terrain or include changes in elevation; in such cases, accessible routes or alternatives will be offered.
